Performance Instructions:

1. Plug in the power supply.
2. Attach a 10-inch latex balloon around the air nozzle.
3. Set the switch to the "I" position.
4. Inflate the balloon using the pressure nozzle, then release and stop the airflow.
5. Twist the small air nozzle clockwise into the main air nozzle.
6. Attach a small latex ring balloon to the air nozzle.
7. Press the air nozzle to inflate the balloon, then release and stop the airflow.
8. When not in use, turn the switch to the "0" position.

Steps for Time and Speed Control:

1. Set the switch to the "II" position to activate the time display screen.
2. Press the first time button to start adjusting the milliseconds on the screen.
3. Use the second time button to set your desired time (0.1-9.9 seconds).
4. Confirm the time setting by pressing the first time button.
5. Adjust the wind speed by turning the speed control button to the right for a slower speed if needed.
6. After setting the time, press the second power start button (green button) to begin inflation according to the set time.

Warnings:

• Do not operate the motor for more than 120 minutes continuously. If the motor becomes hot, pause use for 15-30 minutes to allow it to cool down before resuming. Overheating may damage the motor.
• If the pump is damaged, especially the supply cord or casing, discontinue use immediately. Avoid immersing the pump in liquid.
• This balloon pump is designed for thin latex balloons with a thickness of less than 2.2 grams. It may not have sufficient power for balloons thicker than 3.2 grams.
• The pump is not suitable for long balloons used in twisting modeling for animal shapes.
• The motor generates some noise and heat during operation, which is normal. It is recommended to allow the pump to rest for 10 minutes after every two hours of use to extend its lifespan. If sparking occurs during hot weather, stop using the pump immediately.
